Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are usually dispatched SAME DAY - unless you have included pre-order items ( see below).  Orders after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched next business day.  If we foresee a delay in processing your order you will be contacted immediately. Once an order is dispatched you will be emailed your tracking information. If you notice a delay in your delivery please contact us immediately. The quicker we know about it, the quicker we can resolve any issues. 

If your order includes pre-order items we will ship your entire order once all toys are available. We DO NOT drop ship, pre-order is available for toys that are in transit to our warehouse and are usually shipped with 7 days.
